We guarantee that we do not sell diamonds that have been laser drilled, HPHT treated or chemically treated. All the diamonds we manufacture are Kimberley Process Certified. We have a list of certified diamonds from international gemmological laboratories such as IGI, HRD and GIA; and also our certified diamonds. Our own certification is very fair and neutral, graded by a team of IGI qualified graders.
We guarantee that the diamond you receive is the exact diamond you purchased online. This guarantee comes from the fact that we are compliant with the strictest regulations of our clients, rough suppliers, (e.g. The Best Practice Principles from the DTC), banks and other stakeholders. We abide by each ethical code that these regulations entail in order to maintain our position as one of the worlds biggest diamond groups. This means that we have to deliver on the promises that we make to our clients.
Furthermore, as members of the Diamond Bourse, Diamond Kring and Diamond Club, we are bound to their strict code of conduct. Clients can turn to these prestigious bodies for verification of our business and assistance if they feel mistreated in any way.
